Agreement Between Play Street and User

This is a binding agreement (“Agreement”) between the Play Street (“Play Street”) and you, the user (“You” or “Your”) and governs Your use of all portions of www.playstreet707.org (“Play Street’s Website”), and any associated material or functionality contained on Play Street’s Website. Play Street’s Website is offered to You conditioned on Your acceptance, without modification, of the terms and conditions contained herein. BY CONSENTING TO THIS TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT FOR PLAY STREET’S WEB SITE, YOU CONSENT TO THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT. 

Usage of Play Street’s Website

You represent and warrant to Play Street that You will not use Play Street’s Website (i) for any unlawful purpose or in any manner prohibited by this Agreement or (ii) in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden or impair Play Street’s Website or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of Play Street’s Website.
